Setup Steps for OpenShift Client Tools (rhc)
based on: https://openshift.redhat.com/community/developers/install-the-client-tools
1) In Windows environment, run Command Window.
2) Type "gem install rhc". Ruby will install rhc gem from www.rubygems.org/gems/rhc.
3) Installation done.
4) Type "rhc". The server will return list of available commands.
